Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Berries (Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup heavy whipping cream (Coconut Cream Dairy-Free)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend on high for 30 seconds – 1 min until frothy on top.

This creamy Keto smoothie is zingy, fragrant and super refreshing. The recipe includes healthy fats from avocado and almond butter and an optional scoop of protein powder for a balanced Keto breakfast.
Ingredients:
handful / 15g kale
handful / 10g fresh mint leaves, picked
½ avocado
¼ / 50g fennel or 1 celery stick
¼ small cucumber (100g)
1 tbsp protein powder unsweetened
1 cup / 240 ml almond milk unsweetened
1 tbsp almond butter
½ lemon, juiced

Directions:

1. Scoop the avocado flesh out and place all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Adjust thickness by adding more almond milk if desired.

 

NOTES Protein powder is optional.
You can replace the almond milk with coconut milk if you prefer. For a fruitier smoothie, add a handful of berries such as blueberries, strawberries or raspberries (plus 1 tsp or erythritol if you’ve got a sweet tooth). This will increase the carb count.

A virgin, keto cocktail for sunbathing, afternoon barbecues or late-night bonfires. Crushed fresh strawberries with fresh lemon juice, basil leaves and mineral water.
Ingredients

24 organic strawberries, crushed
Juice from 2 lemons
16 drops of alcohol-free stevia, optional
2 litres (quarts) Mineral Water
48 basil leaves, washed and stems removed and divided
2 cups ice cubes

Instructions
  1. Place strawberries in a large bowl and crush with a potato masher. You don’t need to go to town on them, just enough to break them up so that they can fit through a straw. Add lemon juice, stir and set aside. If you’ve decided to sweeten it up, add the stevia at this step.
  2. Place 24 basil leaves into the mineral water and allow to soak for 6-8 hours. If you’re skipping this step, that’s fine. You’ll need half the basil leaves.
  3. When ready to assemble, add 2 spoonfuls of strawberry puree to the bottom of 8 glasses. Add 2 fresh basil leaves (not the ones that were used to soak), and a couple of ice cubes. Pour mineral water over top and serve with pink paper straws.
Notes
If you’re in a pinch, everything can be assembled right on the fly. However, I like to soak the basil leaves in the mineral water to make the flavour punch!

  • 1 tsp fresh mint leaves

Orange Basil Recipe

  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice I used Halos
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp fresh basil leaves

Optional

  • 1 tsp calcium magnesium powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon-lime stevia sweet drops or sweetener of choice

Lemon and Lime: Total Carbs 1g

There are 2 total carbs if using fresh orange juice.
